Animate filter chips when applying them

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The AssignmentsScreen cards contain chips to represent states like private and archived. Tapping these chips automatically adds a filter criterium for this state, but it's hard for the user to understand that.

Describe the solution you'd like We should animate the tapped chip to move to the filter button inside our AppBar.
