[Bug] v2.0 Docker Install Issues

Description

Fresh install has tab title timer listed as NaN:NaN:NaN. Company Create page has no options for Country and State dropdowns (No results found)

Steps to Reproduce

Fresh install of v2.0 using Docker Compose Login - see Horilla | NaN:NaN:NaN Navigate to Settings > Base >Company > Create - see blank dropdowns

Additional Information

Installed in a fresh Ubuntu VM both times, on different hosts.

horilla_server_1 logs just filled with Found another file with destination path ... It will be ignored...
