Hi @RaagulElangovan , By default the worked hours in attendance is automatically calculated based on the check in and check out data.

In attendance request, the data should be entered by the user itself based on the number of hours he/she has worked, as the attendance request feature is basically meant for users whose attendance entries are missed or has some issues. It's only for this attendance request, the user will have to enter the worked hours data.

Hi, team In an attendance request, entering worked hours manually may sometimes result in calculation errors, and it may not be feasible for the HR department to cross-check the data for all employees accurately.

Thanks team.

Hi @RaagulElangovan,

Thank you for your valuable feedback.

We’ve updated the attendance request feature to enhance its functionality. 🎉 Now, the Worked Hours field is automatically calculated when users fill in the Check-In Date, Check-In, Check-Out Date, and Check-Out Time fields.

This eliminates manual entry and reduces the risk of calculation errors, making the process more accurate and efficient for both employees and the HR department.

If you have any further suggestions or encounter any issues, feel free to share them with us!
