Biometric Data not fetching from Machine
Hi Horilla Team,
Biometric connection is successful but data from biometric is not fetch to database

essl -x990 model , I am able to fetch finger print of employees and connection also successful but attendance data not able to fetch
Can you please connect with the team on skype at [email protected] for further assistance? The value for check in and out differs from device to device and some configurations needs to be adjusted.

- ex: if employee login at 9:30AM and logout at 4:30 AM But his total min working hour is 8 Hours send email alert to employee to justify the for early logout .Its my suggestion
- Reports to download
- Highlight the late login and logout in colours
- whatever leave and attendance email alert to manager and hr team for information
if feature already having means nice work of Horilla team is good
Hi @eanbuadmin , We consider your feature request in upcoming updates. There are alerts through the mail which already exist for the leave request module. There is an option in the attendance app, where you can find the late come and early out employees directly. You can utilize the mail automation feature to execute the automated mail alerts for the attendance module . For further reference, you can check the below blog also. What did you mean by this?
Night-shift employees attendance activity its not showing correctly and general shift in and out correctly showing in the attendance activity but night shift in punch and out punch not showing correctly.
Hi @eanbuadmin , Can you try it with the latest code ? The solution has been updated in a commit last week.

ZKTeco K40 Pro. We are able add new employees through the web app, and it updates the device with this information. However, it doesn't retrieve data for employees who were already on the device. When there’s an issue, we end up having to delete all the data from the biometric device and re-add each employee, including reconfiguring their fingerprints.
