minibuffer height

Open arkhan opened this issue 5 years ago • 1 comments

Greetings, great job with this,

I think it's a great alternative to postframe,

I have a question, you can ask the height of the dynamic minibuffer, that is, if there are not many candidates to show that it fits them.

For example when calling (eval-expression):

img-2020-01-13-203953

Or when assigning dates in orgmode: img-2020-01-13-204137

Thank you.

PS: it would be great to have a similar alternative to replace company-posframe

Sorry for late reply, if there are not many candidates to show, fit-frame-to-buffer may be a good solution, but the frame will be ugly, you can also use (add-to-list 'maple-minibuffer:ignore-action 'org-schedule) to prohibit the use of maple-minibuffer.
