Disabling built-in Wi-Fi / Bluetooth from Raspberry Pi CM4 on Home Assistant Yellow doesn't work.

Describe the issue you are experiencing

I added the dtoverlay=disable-bt and dtoverlay=disable-wifi commands in the config.txt file, but it doesn’t work. The wifi and the bluetooth is still active.

What operating system image do you use?

yellow (Home Assistant Yellow)

What version of Home Assistant Operating System is installed?

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Ad dtoverlay=disable-bt and dtoverlay=disable-wifi to /mnt/boot/config.txt.
2. Restart
