Unable to copy Access Secret (require a verification that I can't complete)

I followed the procedure but I cant't copy or view the Access Secret (in the "GET AUTHORIZATION KEY" chapter) because I'm required to authenticate myself first using a mobile phone number and an ID Number and it doesn't seem to work. Probably this part of the procedure should be described too.
