Compatibility with Chamberlain myQ Smart Garage Control

I recently purchased a myQ Smart Garage Control (one integrated unit with garage control and wifi bridge), but I haven't been able to get the integration to work with it at all. When trying to add the integration into HA I am not even able to login.

Does this integration only support a legacy control method? I have not been able to determine hardware compatibility from the docs.
