Fix Hydrawise data not refreshing

Proposed change

Add a new HydrawiseData object for caching objects from the API. Use this to refresh the data objects stored in each entity when the coordinator updates.

This fixes a bug where entity states are never updated (since their data is never updated on coordinator refreshes).
