How can I make it work on the background?

Hi. I'm making an app using Expo and the RN Element Timer. But, even though you said it is implemented with RN Background Timer, it is not working on the background (the timer stops after ~ 2 sec on the background). Was it supposed to work on the background? Any ideas on how can I solve this?

Thanks and congrats on your work.

Apparently, it is working now, using a custom development client and after installing RN BackGroundtimer :D

Nop. Inconsistent. It now works on the background during a few seconds and then stops :'(
