Project Lacking Maintainership

I'm writing up this ticket to share a sentiment I've observed in other tickets for this project. The project seems to be inactive, as the last change took place over 6 months ago. There are 10 outstanding pull requests and over 50+ issues at the time of this writing.

Maintaining open-source is non-trivial and imposes a significant time commitment. @hoaphantn7604, is there anything we can do to help at this point in time? I'm sure there are folks here that would be willing to volunteer their time to help maintain the project before it becomes abandonware.
