Generating a circuit with only 2-input NANDS

I appreciate that I can direct Digital to create a circuit using a mix of primitive gates types limited to at most 2-inputs but can I do the same thing with a NAND solution?

In other words can I ever get Digital to produce me a circuit that adheres to both:

1. NANDs only
2. 2-inputs at most.
