OPD Analytics/Cashier Reports(Payments)/All Cashier Summay (reportCashierBillFeePayment/report_cashier_summery_all_total_only.xhtml)

All Cashier Summery Report- The word 'Summery' was wrong. (Summary) Refresh Button - The 'Refresh Button' should renamed as 'Process'. The text font was different. Need space between the text boxes.

Totals- The cancel and refund bill amount wasn't reduced from the Final Totals. Billing for cashier bill- The Billing for the cashier bill wasn't added to the report.

Excel Button- After downloading the Excel all data wasn't displayed (user name, total & etc. missing)
