Cashier Summary

OPD Analytics/Cashier Reports (Bill Fee Payments)/Cashier Summary (reportCashierBillFeePayment/report_cashier_summery_by_user.xhtml)

Need space between the text boxes. (From Date & ect.) Refresh Button - The 'Fill Button' should renamed as 'Process'. Excel Button - The excel button was missing. The text font was different.

OPD Bills/Total - The total text wasn't displayed. OPD Cancelled/Total - The total wasn't displayed. (0 was displayed) OPD Refunded/Total - The total wasn't displayed. (0 was displayed) Print Button - The print wasn't properly displayed

Note: The Cashier Report (Bill fee Payment)/Cashier Summary was the same as the Cashier Report (Payment)/Cashier Summary but the Cashier Report (Payment)/Cashier Summary lot of cashier payments was displayed
