Cashier Reports

OPD Analytics/Cashier Reports (Bill Fee Payments)/Cashier Reports (reportCashierBillFeePayment/report_cashier_detailed_by_user.xhtml)

Need space between the text boxes. (From Date & ect.) Refresh Button - The 'Fill Button' should renamed as 'Process'. Excel Button - The excel button was missing. The text font was different.

OPD Cancelled/Total - The total wasn't displayed. (0 was displayed) OPD Refunded/Total - The total wasn't displayed. (0 was displayed).

Final Totals- The cancel and refund bill amount wasn't reduced from the Final Totals. Billing for cashier bill- The Billing for the cashier bill wasn't added to the report.

Print Button - The print wasn't properly displayed

Note: The Cashier Report (Bill fee Payment)/Cashier Report was the same as the Cashier Report (Payment)/Cashier Report but Cashier Report (Payment)/Cashier Report total was displayed & lot of cashier payments was displayed
