OPD Analytics/Bill Lists/List Of Bills Raised/OPD All Bill (opd_bill_report.xhtml)

Fill Button - The 'Fill Button' should renamed as 'Process'. Print/ Excel Button- The button should aligned as other pages (Summary By Bill Type/Category report) From Date - The From Date should display under one line (as To Date) From Date- The space is different with other text boxes. OPD All Bill/Collecting Centre Bill- Collecting centre bill wasn't displayed. From Date - The colon and date should be aligned To Date - The colon and date should be aligned Print Button- After click the print search box was displayed. Print Button- Comment text half was cut off. Excel Button- After download the excel downloaded data wasn't cleard( some of data missing)
