1. Cancel Bill - Cancelled Bill Amount was not reduced from Total Bill. (The cancelled bill value also remains unchanged)

explain: Doctor Payment Done Path -> Payment/Pay/OPD/Pay Doctor/Staff Doctor Payment Cancel Path -> Payment/Pay/OPD/Payment Done Search -> Click "View Bill" -> Cancel

2. The UI was changed (Table has two border )
