Improvements in OPD Analytics Common Cashier Report

1. Refresh Button - The "Refresh" rename to "Process" with icon and color.
2. Excel Button - After clicking the button, Internal Server Error page was loaded
3. OPD Bill, Payments, Payment Cancel - Bill was not displayed according to the Receipt No range
4. Print Button - Checkboxes displayed in printing report of some section
5. Recipt - The word "Recipt" correct as "Receipt"
6. Font was changed
7. Page Format was changed
8. Casheir - The word "Casheir" correct as "Cashier".

Note: "Cashier Report/Cashier Report(Using Receipt No)" Page was same to "Common Report/Cashier Report(Using Receipt No)" Page

"Common Report/Cashier Summary(Using Receipt No)" Page was same to "Common Report/Cashier Report(Using Receipt No)" Page
