Need a Developer Documentation

All the developers currently meet in person and have frequent brainstorming sessions. The contributors who like to help us build the project need to have a better understanding of how to be a part of the developer community. A developer document will serve this unmet need.

First, we need to select the topics for the developer documentation. Then we can prioritize the topics and assign them to a person from our team.
