If you use regenerate, it removes the last answer from the history. It is required for proper results. Also it will always show only the last response.
Ok, maybe we can add a "regenerated" flag to the other messages. But error messages can be disappear?
😁 I use regenerate mostly for failed messages. I am good in solving bugs, but also I create sometimes bugs
I improved the dialogs in gui. Messages should not disappear anymore. Also i added a remove message option. #1622
The error message are printed in the browser console. But I look mostly only in the terminal log.
But you can look in the browser console on the other PC? I don't like to see such error messages in the gui

The version number are not saved in the project. It try to read it from git or pip. But also you can set a env: export G4F_VERSION=0.1.1.2
Why in setup.py? The pip version hasn't the problem. Only if you checkout git, is there no version. G4F can't know which branch you have checkout.
