OnDemand key is not preserved when importing a new item based on an existing item

Steps to reproduce:

1. Import Foo-1.0.pkg into MunkiAdmin.
2. Set OnDemand to true in the pkginfo.
3. Customize description, category, developer, and other pkginfo keys for Foo.
4. Import new version Foo-1.0.1.pkg into MunkiAdmin.
5. Observe that MunkiAdmin preserves the description, category, developer, and other pkginfo keys, but it does not preserve the OnDemand key.

Expected behavior: MunkiAdmin would use the OnDemand value of existing items when importing matching new items.
