RBAC wrong?

Hey guys, I just tried to deploy to kubernetes and the deployment won't work at all, it's not scaling up to 1 replica. It only works when I remove service account, so that means that RBACs are a bit messed up. I'm trying to figure it out, but I'll probably need some help.
