Supported OFX

This patch supported OFX files. As you may notice, the account has to be specified in an argument, and the opposing account is always 'Imbalance-CUR'. This is due to the difference of data model between OFX and Gnucash:

  • The account in OFX is specified by BANKID and ACCTID (can be found in example/check.ofx) unlike human-readable name in Gnucash.
  • The opposing account (split_category) is not specified in OFX.

I added Imbalance-EUR to example/accounts.gnucash and example/accounts.sql. Also please notice that I did not compress accounts.gnucash on purpose to easily see the difference from previous commit from now on.
