I have decided not to apply this change. The proposed placement of this test is right in the middle of an admonition that is explaining something completely different, and I don't see a good spot in the text where this information could belong. All this stuff is confusing enough, without making it even more confusing by adding too many little details of this sort.

Hibernate is much too big for the documentation to possibly cover every little possible variation and caveat.
