Page scroll does not work in Firefox when zooming is diabled

I have disabled zooming the map while scrolling. It works fine in Chrome when I scroll down/up while mouse pointer is on the map, but in Forefox, page does not get scrolled.

HERE maps version 3.0.15 Firefox version 79.0 (64-bit) Chrome version 75.0.3770.142 (64-bit) Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS

I have same problem: map version 3.1, have some idea to fix that?
