Ive tried everything recommended on the net to no avail HP elite book 8760w

Running windows 10 64 bit

@clydebarrowandbonnieparker it's a physical button on your drive. Dude, the tool have no option to interfer with a physical button on your slimline dvd drive. Come on, my cofee won't stay HOT with this tool.
