Move translation from crowdin to weblate

@helloworld1 I have the idea to move t weblate for translation as it is FOSS and does not frighten translators to give up there metadata ...

anyway with should be done to integrate weblate and let it pull & push translations automatically, in this case you are the only one with sufficiant permissions to do so. (as this e.g. need an account to create webhooks to the repo in questions etc...)

if no i can shut down crowdin and change the doc (readme) ...

Please update README if weblate is now prefered. As we have not receive an upgrade since long time ago I came here to check if there was any problem with weblate.

Please pull translation updates and new languages 😄 (I've completed translation in both platforms)
