Change focus to modified docs on quit

Resolves #3857 When quitting with modified documents, automatically switch focus to one of them.

Does this work with buffer-close-all and the like as well? Seems like it might.

Tested this out with various combinations of all of the buffer close options, cquit, etc, and with one and two buffers, and everything seems to work swimingly! Code looks good too. Great work!
