Description

When a user chooses to use their own font (e.g. Disabling "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above" in Firefox), respect their font choice rather than setting a custom font.

Reorder the fonts in fontFamily

Steps to test and verify

1. Using Firefox, disable "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above" in settings
2. Set a serif font such as Noto Sans
3. Confirm that the Console uses Noto Sans rather than Gudea for sans-serif fonts
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for monospace fonts
