Issue Description

The TSLint extension is deprecated:

• VS Code Marketplace: TSLint page links to the following in its deprecation notice
• The same notice recommends using ESLint instead

Suggested Action

Remove TSLint from recommended workspace extensions, and instead use ESLint.
