ACCOUNT_TEMPLATE folder doesn't exist

First sentence in README Usage section says:

To leverage Account Customizations, start by copying the ACCOUNT_TEMPLATE folder into a new folder.

but we only have sandbox folder in this repo. Thankfully these are simple enough to setup, so it is not any sort of blocker for people, who want to learn how account customization in AFT works.
