docs: Document grant normalization

This PR updates the documentation for the upcoming grant normalization changes. Click the links below to view the updates in the preview deployment.

Users will no longer be able to create redundant grant scopes using the this, descendants, and children options. I noted this in the following CLI docs:

• roles add-grant-scopes
• roles remove-grant-scopes
• roles set-grant-scopes

The options to skip creation of the default roles when you create a scope are being deprecated. I noted that in the CLI docs:

• scopes-create

I added a list of the resources that were available per scope type. This info was not previously in our docs and I thought it would be a helpful addition.
