No targets when switching to a different org using OIDC auth methods

Probably this is not a bug, but ask here to confirm.

I have a list of orgs, like devops, qa, developers, etc ... In each org I created the same oidc auth methods and the same managed group, this managed group is added to the principle of Administrator role, so I'm the admin of every org. If I login to each org from desktop client by the main login page, I can see desired targets in each org correctly, but, if I login to one of the org, actually I can switch to other orgs from the up left corner:

The problem is that I can't see any targets there, is this expected or I missed anything somewhere?
