Banner ad

Hacknight needs a banner ad in the header from where HasGeek can advertise our events. For example, we should be advertising Meta Refresh right now.

Here are the standard banner sizes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_banner#Standard_sizes

CSS definitions for ad units go to Baseframe's _adunits.sass.

Hacknight will use the Leaderboard format (728x90 pixels) and should use the CSS class defined in Baseframe.
