Make a docker file and docker-compose file for the project.

@harsh-9in While debugging the application after making Dockerfile, I come across this exception image I'm clueless of how to proceed with it...could you guide me further?

This is a library and it is present in requirements.txt make sure you have installed it. I hope after this error will resolve.
