The ECG docs for linux were a bit confusing to users.

• Explain all the different watches at the top of the article, metrics, process, users
• Change verbage to not talk about "idleness" because the ECG only senses "activity" and tell harness your instance is active, there is no telling harness of "idleness"
• Reduce the linux install docs to be more concise and clear, since we explain the settings up above
