Middle click not working with Windows 11 22H2 build 22621.1344

I've recently updated to the latest windows 11 version and the TrayMiddleMouseDown event is no longer working.

Clicking on the tray icon with the middle button is apparently firing the left click event.

This other project that is using a fork of this project (H.NotifyIcon) is also apparently affected as can be seen by the issue posted here

Updating this issue with some more info: Microsoft has since released another windows build (22621.1413) and the issue is still present.

I have created a bug report through the Feedback Hub app, which was recommended by the @WindowsUpdates twitter account but haven't gotten any feedback yet.
