Wrong / inconsistent anchor references

The TOC refers to Intro#Common Lisp Support as #common-lisp-section. OTOH, the intro's text has inline references to #common-lisp. What is actually defined around the section is <a name="common-lisp-section"> (so the former works) and <a name="common lisp"> (so the latter doesn't). At the very least, the wrong reference should be corrected, and ideally only one anchor should exist.
