Can you add the application in Apple Store or Alternative Store?

I am sorry , but i don't understand your question.

Do you mean to search in wifi clients? List? Or having the app available in apple's app store?

I don't have ios devices and or mac which is needed to submit apps to app store.

The app is written using flutter and the source is available, so anyone with above should be able to compile it and create an ios version.

After a quick read, it does not eliminate the perquisites i mentioned.

Even if it does, i still don't have an ios device for testing.

If someone else is willing and capable of handling this, they will be most welcome.
