Why should this be removed?

No longer works correctly in HA and the developer is no longer actively maintaining this repo

I can confirm that at the moment ha-hildebrandglow-dcc is abandoned. I do intend to come back to it at some point but life keeps getting in the way! Completely understand if it needs to be removed from hacs - if/when I do manage to work on it again, I am happy to open a new PR to re-add it.
