Any time I run this command pip install -r requirements.txt, I run into an error. I've tried it both on my windows laptop and my MacBook. but the same error

Use python 3.11 or lower. Python 3.12 has this issue

This issue has not been solved at all. Newer Python versions still fail. It's only a workaround to downgrade Python to make it not fail.

ImpImporter has been removed from the module pkgutil in newer Python versions. So it shouldn't be used anymore.
