torchvision==0.15.2+cu118 not found

I'm using Ubuntu 24.04 and python version Python 3.12.3 and when I try to install torchvision==0.15.2+cu118 it gives me the following error

ERROR: No matching distribution found for torchvision==0.15.2+cu118

Be sure you installed cuda tool kit 11.8 Use this link to install it https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-11-8-0-download-archive

After that is done then you can run your the script again Pip install -r requirements.txt
