Project installed successfully but is not working correctly on Windows 10 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700

Hi, team My PC is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700, 16 CPU (2.90GHz), 32GB RAM.

I installed the program on this PC successfully and run. But the program can't swap my face with the target face.

I attached the image. Screenshot_13

Please help me use this ASAP. Thanks in advance. Warm regards

I am getting the same result. Live camera and photo has black square on the face. Any idea what happened?
