Please help! 5080 but only 7FPS

Guys，I have a very tricky problem:😖

This is my PC environment： win 11 RTX 5080 576.2 CUDA Toolkit 12.9.0 cuDNN v8.9.7 for CUDA 12.x Python 3.13.2 （I already set conda create -n deeplivecam python=3.10.6） ffmpeg 2025-05-05-git-f4e72eb5a3

basically, it could work. but only 7~8 FPS 😫

cus I have another Laptop which with RTX 4060Laptop ， it could go like 13 FPS around， twice as much as the former, crazy right?

I have no idea how to improve the 5080 frame rate. Please help me ， Thank you very much!！！！！❤️
