output.mp4 does not save on Ubuntu

I've managed to get everything running, however after the video is processed the output.mp4 file does not seem to appear anywhere. I checked the target folders' permissions. On windows it works fine... The temp folder does seem to appear and cleaned after processing.

Any ideas?
