latest install shows weird blurry face and noisy

also shows this message[DLC.FACE-SWAPPER] FP32 model not found. Loading FP16 model: inswapper_128_fp16.onnx which it didnt do yesterday with the version i installed couple weeks ago...

any face i use blurry messy and noisy what happened?
