performance issues

I get 0.3 - 0.5 FPS

can't install all NVIDIA CUDA modules NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (8GB)

In Taskmanager:

CPU usage is 51% - 53% AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor

RAM is 8,3GB out of 16GB

Any Suggestions?

i have found the problem. I didn't run it in the virtaul env
