Improve the NTRboot section

Not my words. Passing along Technicmaster0's suggestions and observations:

• It lists the R4i-SDHC B9S as the first option in the table while it is one of the worst, maybe the worst option to choose
• The R4i Gold 3DS Deluxe Starter card does NOT support NTRBoot. Only the "blue" deluxe edition which is listed below. That is a R4i Gold 3DS (RTS) card and as such it is known that it has no timebomb
• The guide is unclear about non-RTS r4i gold 3ds cards from r4ids.cn
• They should list the actual website of the flashcart together with the name since a few flashcarts might be confused with each other
• They don't list the stargate (although it's compatible)
• There are other rebrands of r4isdhc.com/r4i-sdhc.com which are compatible with ntrboot

We're about 1.75 years late on this, but some of this is still valid:

• Agree with first point. Unfortunately, we'll have to recommend some r4i-sdhc timebomb cart, as r4ids.cn carts are not currently in production, last I checked
• Not too sure about the second point because I don't know much about the cart.
• Not too sure about the third point because I don't know about the cart series.
• Agree with fourth point; websites are easier to identify than flashcart names
• both Stargate and Gateway Blue(some) are compatible, but still not 100% on adding them because of the history of the company. Should probably be added though.
• Not too sure about fifth point (which rebrands?)

Noting carts compatible with ntrboot_flasher for future reference:

Small update on this.

1. Unfortunately with the current state of flashcards R4i-SDHC B9S needs to be at the top as none of the carts otherwise are actually sold at this point, with the confirmation that it is pre-flashed with ntrboot.
2. The second point is correct. That should be amended. I may pull up a PR.
3. All r4ids.cn cards at this point appear to be ntrboot compatible, as seen by several people who've just... tried it, and worked (myself included). Not much else to say about it. While it can be added to the front ntrboot page, I'm not sure of the benefits of it. (I'm also not sure which system versions it supports, either. I'm not about to test every single 3DS version just to figure that out.)
4. The website links of the carts should absolutely be added, but they should not be linked to.
5. I'm not sure if we want to add any 3DS flashcards. If you think about it... if people have them, will they use CFW? Anyone with a 3DS flashcard is most definitely not going to try to CFW (or at the very least will absolutely CBT themselves trying to use their Gateway instead)
6. I'm personally not aware of any rebrands that are compatible. None that I have on hand has worked. I believe r4i-gold.eu may work. I highly doubt the same for the r4imax. There should be some more community confirmation before we decide to go that route.

I've added point 2/3/4. I've confirmed myself that non-RTS carts work just fine.

The timebomb carts are a pesky situation, and I would rather someone come in to a relevant forum or Discord and ask for help instead of vaguely adding that it may or may not be compatible with ntrboot and ending in misery/tears when ntrboot_flasher says no. This is solely because there are too many of them out there; and we know for a fact that not all timebombed carts work. I've narrowed this down to carts with a bulge on the front and carts which are flat on the front, but this is going to raise too many false positives.

With that I think this issue is complete. As mentioned previously stargate won't be added to the list, and I think if someone bricked their console then regardless of what cart they have they'd probably visit NH anyway.
