The "Insert template" section isn't available in the note menu when the page width is reduced to <768px

A short clip(1.1MiB) is recorded to demonstrate the behavior of the bug:

Provide steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new note
2. Shrink the webpage width to <768px
3. Locate the "Insert template" section in the note menu

Expected behaviour

The "Insert template" section should still be available in the note menu when the webpage width is <768px

I use HackMD on:

Desktop

• Browser: Firefox
• Browser Version: 120.0.1
