Establish an onion service

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Clear net address is under government block in some jurisdiction(s). Also the address just returns 403 forbidden when accessed from a Tor exit node.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow connections from Tor network and establish onion address.

Describe alternatives you've considered I guess Tor is blocked not without a reason, so it would be really nice to have at least an onion service which could lack the features that aren't compatible with Tor access. Even read-only would be a big step forward.

I should note that actually it does work with Tor browser, and returns 403 in Brave. Though I have no idea what causes this. If you could hint me, I'd be happy to move this to Brave repo.

Tor browser returns 403 too, though it's more rare.
